It only takes 3 (or 4) simple ingredients depending on your taste. Just water, almonds, salt, and a date for sweetness. Soak 1 cup of almonds for 12 to 24 hours. Drain off the soaking water. Add almonds to blender with 4 cups of filtered water and a few pinches of salt. If you like you can add 1 or 2 pitted dates for sweetness (or any type of sweetener you like). Blend until almond pulp is the size of coffee grounds. Strain through the nut milk bag and there you have it......Fresh Almond Milk. Store in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
